1. Do I have lifetime access to the 30 Day Challenge Program?

Yes you do! All email material is yours to keep and I will send you copies of the masterclasses also for you to keep.Ā  The private pop-up Facebook group will be open for 30 days from the completion of the challenge, for you to take any notes etc that you may wish to take.

2. What support will I have in the challenge?

Caroline, will be in the Facebook group each day to answer any questions you may have. There will be live weekly masterclasses, lots of email support, meal ideas, recipes and many other resources for you to get the most out of your challenge.

3. Will the Facebook Group activity continue post challenge?

No, the Facebook group activity and my involvement will end one week post the end of the challenge (Monday 10 March, 2025). The group will however remain open until 31 March, for you to take any notes, tips etc.

4. Who is this challenge for?
