It may be wet, cold and miserable outside and certainly not conducive to heading outdoors to exercise, but don’t let our fabulous Winter weather deter you!
If you don’t want to venture outside, make something happen inside:
Do some yoga; or strength training exercises; run up and down your stairs; go crazy with a 45 minute house clean; put on some loud music and dance!
Get organised for your healthy week and cook… hearty soups; casseroles loaded with veggies and a yummy protein; Think about your week ahead and plan…Check your fridge and pantry to help you make have what you need to make healthy living easy.
It’s not hard, just do it!
